In Episode 118, Dave spends the first ten minutes or so exploring a topic no one wants to think about. Who stays and who goes when it’s time to bug out when some are infirmed and are incapable of making the journey except in a vehicle? It’s a hard choice and you need to start mentally preparing yourself for this potential eventuality. From there, Dave presents “This Day in History” before moving on to two topics: “If You Have This in Your Pantry Throw it Away Immediately” and “Eight Items You Need to Have to Survive a Power Outage This Winter.” He closes the show by sharing a real-world example regarding the U.S. population’s willingness to blindly accept electronic currency without pondering, even for a moment, the ramifications.
